The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Support loan operations and underwriting workflowsCoordinate document collection, condition lists, and follow-ups for active loan filesMaintain organized loan files, pipelines, and operational systemsAssist with onboarding borrowers, brokers, and strategic partnersManage email communication, calendars, reminders, and administrative coordinationSupport reporting, workflow tracking, and day-to-day operational processesAssist with CRM management, partner communication, and outreach initiativesProvide operational and executive support to Directors, Loan Officers, and Underwriters
