Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania


• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required, Home Health experience preferred


• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and insurance coverage


• Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check
