Position Overview: As a 1099 Sub-Contractor with House Doctors of SW Atlanta, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of remodeling services. We are looking for experienced professionals who can manage their own schedule, work independently, and produce high-quality work on a variety of residential remodeling projects.
Responsibilities:
- Complete remodeling tasks such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other trades as needed.
- Follow project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure a smooth project flow.
- Manage your own tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the remodeling industry (minimum of 5 years preferred).
- Ability to perform high-quality work across a variety of trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, etc.).
- Own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid contractor’s license (if applicable) and insurance (general liability and workers’ comp).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (if applicable).
- Professional and dependable with excellent communication skills.
