2025 AM Power Washing Team Member - Seasonal Opening - TTA

The Park Services AM Washdown team is responsible for park presentation prior to the park opening. This role will primarily focus on washing down the park to ensure all stains, spills, algae buildup and bird activity are taken care of. Park services is a key component in making sure guest can enjoy their day at the park. 

Key responsibilities:

• Perform all duties, tasks and responsibilities while exemplifying core values: Hard Working, Self-Aware, Can-Do Mentality, Unoffendable, Kind
• Directly responsible for cleanliness and overall presentation of the park, entry, bathrooms, walkways and more
• Hosing, pressure washing (18+ only), and stain control all walkways, entries, and stairs
• Refueling - Notify manager when more gas is needed
• Care and maintain equipment. Notify manager of any repairs needed urgently
• Adhere to weekly power wash location schedule to ensure all locations are washed weekly
• Self-motivated and sustaining. Able to work alone or with a small team
• Other duties as assigned

Reports to Park Services Lead, Operations Manager

Requirements: 

• Ability to work outdoors in weather elements and environments including heat (direct sunlight, wind, rain)
• Knowledge of basic chemical safety including reading Safety Data Sheets
• Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens and other bodily fluid clean up and personal protection
• Initiative, Independent/critical thinking skills, trustworthy
• Must be available to work by 6:00AM - 11:00AM average shift length between 4-6 hours
• Knowledge of cleaning machinery including pressure washer, floor scrubber, pool vacuum not required, but encouraged
• Regular lifting of up to 50lbs, climb stairs, enter bodies of water
• Must be at least 18 years old
