Position Summary:

The Accounting Assistant will support the Accounting function in overall goals and objectives of the team.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

· Assemble documentation for patient and insurance refunds

· Assist in the preparation of import files for patient and insurance refunds

· Ensure the timely mailing of refund payments

· Accurately prepare assigned General Ledger account reconciliations

· Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records

· Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent Required
• At least 2 years of Accounting-related coursework at college level
