Job Description - Accounting Clerk - TEMPORARY

Description

Compunetics, Inc. is a manufacturer of state-of-the-art rigid and flexible circuit boards producing products from fast turn high tech multilayer circuit board prototypes to non-traditional, high density and high-speed interconnects which serve a wide variety of customer requirements.

Compunetics is seeking an individual on a TEMPORARY basis to handle daily clerical functions in accounting.

Responsibilities

Greet/register visitors to the facility
Filing
Pulling vouchers
Stapling check copies to invoices
Stuffing checks
Stamping envelopes
Setting up new shop order file folders

Requirements

High school diploma; certificate from a business school or tech school preferred
3-5 years’ clerical experience preferred
Knowledge of Excel and Word
