Accounting Consultant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Consultant for a contract position to support our finance team. The consultant will provide expert guidance on accounting processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assist with financial reporting, audits, and system improvements. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of GAAP, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve accounting processes and controls
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist with audits and financial system implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
