Responsibilities:
- Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices in accordance with grant restrictions, donor intent, and organizational policies.
- Schedule and issue timely payments to vendors, service providers, and partner organizations.
- Manage, track, and reconcile client trust funds, resident funds, or program participant accounts, ensuring compliance with nonprofit regulations and organizational policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on accounts payable activity and client fund balances for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings through account reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
Requirements:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- Prior experience in Non-Profit, Senior Living or Healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Social Security/Req Payee rules preferred
- Resident Funds Management System (RFMS) knowledge preferred
