Job Description - Administrative Management Subject Matter Expert

Position: Administrative Management SME Consultant
Location: Arizona Federal detention facility
Duration: September 2025 (specific dates TBD)
Security Clearance: NACI background check required
Status: Pending position subject to contract award

Position Summary
We seek an Administrative Management Subject Matter Expert to serve as a member of the Quality Assurance Review team for a federal detention facility housing federal detainees. The SME will evaluate facility compliance with Federal Performance-Based Detention Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site facility reviews and assessments
Evaluate policy development and monitoring procedures
Review internal quality control systems
Assess detainee records, funds, and property management
Examine admission and orientation procedures
Review detainee release processes
Evaluate accommodations for disabled individuals
Prepare detailed reports and documentation
Collaborate with government personnel and team members

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in administrative management within correctional or detention environments
Demonstrated expertise in detention facility operations
Knowledge of Federal Performance-Based Detention Standards
Strong analytical and report writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and proactively
US citizenship required for security clearance

Travel Requirements
Travel to facility location required. Government reimburses actual travel costs.
