Administrative Seasonal Team Member

Join our team at Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping as a Part-Time Administrative Seasonal Assistant! Work with us during the busy Spring through Fall months, and enjoy your Winters off.

Hours & Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours, our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and we’ll work around your availability.

About the Role:
This seasonal position offers hands-on experience behind the scenes of a busy, multi-department business. You’ll work closely with teams in marketing, human resources, and billing to help the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day may include:

• Organizing and filing documents


• Entering data and maintaining records


• Assisting with invoicing and billing tasks


• Supporting HR with employee forms and record-keeping


• Helping with small projects in IT or marketing


• General office support wherever needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment


• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
