This role is at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence to transform healthcare, with a focus on building scalable and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions by writing efficient, maintainable code that adheres to modern software engineering best practices.
  




• Deploy, monitor, and version applications using DevSecOps tools.
  




• Continuously refine retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods, experimenting with different retrieval strategies to enhance model performance.
  




• Optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
  




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
  


• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
  


• Experience with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code deployment, and version control.
  


• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  


• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
