AP/AR Clerk [CONTRACTOR]

TRUEWERK is on the hunt for a detail-driven AP/AR Clerk (or Coordinator) to jump in and support our fast-paced accounting team during peak season. Reporting directly to our Controller, you’ll handle both Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy, timeliness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is your chance to get hands-on experience with a high-growth performance workwear brand that’s redefining the category. While this is a temporary independent contractor role (1099) through February 2026, top performers may have the opportunity to grow into a permanent position as TRUEWERK continues to scale.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post and match payments to NetSuite with precision

• Record AR payments (ACH, wire, check) to customer accounts

• Enter and process AP vouchers, including payment applications

• Support AP processing in SaaS platforms like Bill.com

• Stay ahead of discrepancies, overdue invoices, and vendor/customer inquiries—solving issues before they become problems

• 2+ years of AP/AR experience

• MUST-HAVE: Hands-on NetSuite experience

• Familiarity with Shopify and Bill.com (or similar AP tools)

• Sharp attention to detail, with a bias toward action and results

• Confidence to ask questions, collaborate, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

Compensation: $26–$29/hour (approx. $55k–$60k annualized)

Length: Through February 2026, with potential for permanent hire

Schedule: 30–40 hrs/week, flexible start time between 7:30–9:00 am

Location: In-office Monday–Thursday (with flexibility for 1 hybrid day/week once trust is established)
