Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate need!  

Job Responsibilities:

• Must know how to repair and troubleshoot apartment home appliances.

• Perform maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including appliance repair.

• Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings and common areas.

• Must have your own set of basic hand tools.
