We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Drafter to join our team in the northern Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing detailed construction documents for commercial projects and be proficient in Autodesk Revit. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial building standards, coordination practices, and construction documentation.
This is a 6 month contract-to-permanent hire position.

Responsibilites
- Produce detailed and accurate commercial construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplines.
- Interpret design concepts and translate them into high-quality technical drawings.
- Incorporate redline markups and revisions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all drawings comply with Florida building codes and commercial construction standards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings as needed.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional Revit drafting experience.
- Proven Commercial project experience is required (office buildings, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction detailing and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
$30 - $37 an hour
Compensation will correlate to years of experience
