Job Description - Argos Report Writer (Remote)

Job Title: Argos Report Writer (Remote)
Location: Pembroke, NC
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
The Client is looking for an experienced Argos Report Writer. This position will be responsible for developing data blocks in our Argos reporting tool as well as working with our functional offices to help them determine what data blocks are needed to produce the reports in their areas.

This position will also be responsible for migrating reports written in a custom application into Argos. This custom application uses .NET and SQL for producing reports.

The Argos report writer will be working with the client Argos Administrators when moving data blocks from our Test Argos environment to our Production Argos environment.

Skills:

Skill	Required/Desired	Amount	of Experience
Developing data blocks in Argos using either the GUI or SQL.		3	Years
Experience maintaining Argos security		3	Years
SQL development		3	Years
Writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including knowledge of the Banner database Oracle tables.		3	Years
Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or other ITSM ticketing system		1	Years
Experience working with customers to document requirements of reports.		2	Years
Familiar with ITIL change management practices		6	Months
