Job Overview
This position performs a variety of administrative and office support for the Department. Assists with projects, and other various assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
· Provides excellent customer service; in-person, by phone and via email, by answering questions promptly from the public, commercial vendors, food concessionaires and employees and works with frequent interruptions.
· Assists team with various projects.
· Provide conflict resolution amongst any vendors in a professional and courteous manor.
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
· Prompt response with regards to correspondence and processing paperwork.
· Great attention to detail, answer phones and assist with all manners of communication including verbal, written and mailing/emailing.
· Strong typing, writing and communication skills.
· Ability to meet ongoing deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
· Knowledge of office procedures and equipment including computers and applicable software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Good judgment and professionalism.
Working Conditions
· Works in a standard office setting operating standard office equipment.
· Work will involve being outside and walking long distances.
· Work schedule will include weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
