AT&T tech stack (Urgent required)

Description:

• Experience in AT&T tech stack with preferred BSSe stack experience.

• Experienced in defect Analysis, Triaging and Troubleshoot customer focused issues and exceptions.

• Strong Defect management skills to drive the resolution of defects during the testing and involved complete defect life cycle.

• Work with tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, anypoint and other monitoring tools for capturing event data and package the issues for quicker resolutions.

• Ability to work with various ticket management systems such as (but not limited to) iTrack, AOTS, JIRA, Sharepoint.

• Strong understanding of defect life cycle and end to end defect management process.

• Ability to work with end user and translate user challenges into technical terminology.

• Ability to work with multiple application teams for end to end defect resolution.

• Prior experience in AT&T is preferred.

• Strong communication and presenting skills.

BSSe stack & Ex ATT is mandatory.
