Job Description - Audit Assistant

Title: Audit Assistant
Location: Columbia, MD (onsite)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Pay: $22/hour
Duration/Type: Contract, 2-6 Weeks (possible extension)

Our need for a Audit Assistant will include the following responsibilities:

Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls timely and in a professional manner.
Emailing correspondence with clients and others.
Copying, scanning, and filing paperwork.
Updating information in database
Searching records and data in outlook, CLEO manage, and CLEO grow and locating inconsistences and errors.

Qualifications:

Reliable form of Transportation
Ability to pass a background check
High attention to detail, ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment.
2+ Years of Administrative Experience
Experience with Computer, Multi-line phone systems, fax machines, scanners, printers, mail machines
Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
Ability to type 40+ WMP

Preferable Background:

Experience in the Legal Field
Experience with CLEO Systems
