Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Pay: $32/hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Type: Full-time, contract 

Overview:
We’re hiring Automotive Operations Shift Lead (Self-Driving Cars) for an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure vehicles are ready, maintain safety and quality standards, and lead a small team during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle logistics, readiness, and service routing
• Manage parts and inventory, keeping accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace
• Support remote site operations as needed
• Act as shift point of contact, resolving issues and promoting team communication
• Coach and train team members, including new hires
• Support data operations, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• 1+ year of people leadership experience
• Clean driving record (0 points)
• Pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets)
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a strong communicator
• Able to travel locally up to 20%

Preferred:

• Experience with Git, Jira, or Confluence, Google Suit
