Bartender

REPORTS TO: Concessions Manager

STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Seasonal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons.
• Prepare beverages/alcoholic beverages and snacks for paying customers.
• Ensure your workstation is always clean and presentable.
• Effectively and accurately work with the Revel tablet.
• As the business evolves, so may this role. These duties may change as Lyric’s leadership identifies the need at any time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Must have a Bassett Card and Bartending experience.
• Candidates must have excellent customer service experience at all times.
• Must be comfortable with touchscreen tablet usage and will be trained on the SalesVu system.
• Must be punctual and responsible.

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Required to work all matinee, evening, and weekend performances of the season and postseason.
• Physical requirements include climbing stairs, standing for long periods, and light lifting.
