We are seeking Bartenders with 2 years or more of experience to be part of our team. We are a non-tipping facility.

Requirements

Overlake Golf & Country Club is seeking Seasonal Bartenders to provide exceptional service in our summer café and fine dining restaurant. This role involves crafting quality cocktails, delivering outstanding hospitality, and ensuring a welcoming experience for members and guests. Ideal candidates have prior bartending or high-end service experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in going above and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.

· Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests in the café, dining areas, and on the · course.

· Operate the beverage cart, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and efficiently serving golfers.

· Follow all liquor laws and club policies, including responsible alcohol service.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar, beverage cart, and workstations.

· Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

· Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.

· Engage with members in a professional and courteous manner, enhancing their experience.

· Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.

· Assist with club events and special functions as needed.

· Collaborate with the restaurant and banquet teams to ensure seamless service.
