Benefits Accounting Analyst

6+ months, with potential to convert

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, validations, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience handling large data sets and financial reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
