Job Description - Bilingual Safety Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Construction Safety Professional for a long-term contract (16+ months, 1099) supporting a high-profile project in Wilmer, TX.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ OSHA 500/510 & OSHA 30 Certified preferred
✅ 4-5+ years of construction safety experience (Data Center background preferred)
✅ Fluent in Spanish & English (Critical for effective training and compliance)
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Reports, presentations, and data tracking)
✅ CHST or other BCSP certifications are a plus


Requirements

OSHA 500/510 & OSHA 30 Certified preferred
4-5+ years of construction safety experience (Data Center background preferred)
Fluent in Spanish & English (Critical for effective training and compliance)
Ability to speak in front of classroom
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Reports, presentations, and data tracking)
CHST or other BCSP certifications are a plus
