The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in compliance with educational and ethical standards.

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the State of Texas (as applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children and adolescents with autism and/or behavioral challenges in school settings.
• Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, FAPE, and PBIS principles.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments including FBAs and classroom observations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based BIPs tailored to students’ needs.
• Provide training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop behavior-related goals and participate in ARD meetings.
• Offer consultation and support for students in general and special education settings.
• Ensure documentation of services and data collection complies with district and legal standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical integrity in all interactions and reporting.
• Participate in staff development, professional learning communities, and continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
