Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school in South Carolina. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee BIPs, participate in IEP/504 meetings, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with IDEA and Section 504. Services are delivered on an as-needed basis in collaboration with school staff and families.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct crisis intervention and de-escalation support when needed
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, offering expert behavioral insights
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and district requirements
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies, data collection, and intervention fidelity
• Offer in-classroom coaching and modeling of evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
• Support proactive strategies that promote positive school climate and reduce behavioral incidents
• Any other duties as assigned.
