Title: Brand Ambassador (Independent Contractor)

Reports to: Brand Manager

Location: Multiple Sites/as needed

Position Purpose:

The 21st Amendment Brewery is seeking an affable, outgoing beer enthusiast to represent our brand at a variety of events in and around the designated territory. This part-time position is responsible for executing a variety of promotional events in bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals. Promoting 21st Amendment as a spokesperson for our beers and forging relationships on the brewery's behalf are all primary obligations.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Conduct both on-premise and off-premise tastings
• Engage with consumers to educate them about the products as well as 21st Amendment as a company
• Distribute 21st Amendment promotional materials
• Exhibit a superior level of customer service
• Report event results to Brand Manager
• Travel within the assigned market to execute events at multiple locations
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and have excellent communication skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must have access to a vehicle
• Secure and transport beer to and from event sites
• Set up, break down, and clean pouring stations at event sites
• Maintain, clean and keep in good working order all event equipment including but not limited to jockey box and all corresponding parts
• Ensure 21A brand standards are followed at all events

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicants must be 21 years or older
• Must possess exceptional guest service skills
• Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
• Must be able to work independently
• Flexible schedule is essential, with evening and weekend availability
• Ability to speak in front of large groups 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and passion for craft beer industry and familiarity with 21st Amendment Brewery preferred
• Prior experience in conducting on and off-premise tastings is preferred

Event Ambassadors will be fully trained by 21st Amendment Brewery; No third-party agencies please.

Please note: Event Ambassadors are not employees of 21st Amendment Brewery. Event Ambassadors will receive a 1099 and operate as independent contractors.
