Responsibilities
- Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, including follow-ups and light lead qualification
- Conduct prospect research, account targeting, contact sourcing, and lead list building
- Maintain and improve CRM (HubSpot) data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking
- Support preparation of monthly commercial reporting and investor or board materials
- Coordinate marketing operations, including email campaigns, content distribution, conference follow-ups, and nurture programs
- Participate in business development and cross-functional meetings, including pipeline reviews and coordination with technical teams
- Ensure consistent pipeline preparation and early-stage qualification to increase qualified meeting volume
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Current MBA and masters students are also encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing operations, or a related commercial role (biotech or life sciences experience preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to conduct structured prospect research and manage outbound campaigns
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting senior commercial leaders
- Motivated to grow into a full business development role over time
