CADD System Analyst

1.        REQUIREMENTS:  Vendor must provide a resource with the following:

1.1.        Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

1.1.1.        5+ yrs Support of MicroStation / ProjectWise / OpenRoads Designer.

1.1.2.        5+ yrs Enterprise software implementation and deployment.

1.1.3.        5+ yrs Software package creation and deployment.

1.1.4.        5+ yrs SME for CADD tools and provides extensive support for civil engineering software.

1.1.5.        5+ yrs Effective customer\-centric support.

1.1.6.        5+ yrs Experience providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows.

1.1.7.        Excellent communication skills and team player.

1.1.8.        Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

1.1.9.        Makes decisions that support business objectives and goals

1.2.        Preferred Skills and Qualifications

1.2.1.        2 years of AI/ML development

1.2.2.        2 years of data management experience

1.2.3.        2 years experience using Python and associated libraries (Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

1.2.4.        Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and relational database concepts.

1.2.5.        1 year experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)

1.2.6.        Excellent problem\-solving abilities and communication skills

1.2.7.        Understanding of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

1.2.8.        Familiarity with Data Warehouse solutions like Snowflake, DataBricks, and Oracle

1.2.9.        Background in API design and RESTful service development

1.2.10.     Awareness of data security and compliance standards.
