Camp Counselor - Safety Stars

Safety Stars Camp Counselor 2025:
The Safety Stars Camp Counselor is a part-time position that is directly responsible for leading daily activities and interacting with the participants at their assigned camp.  The Safety Stars Day Camp program is designed to provide recreational care to its participants with an emphasis on having fun through engaging activities in a positive, safe and structured environment.

Qualifications:
The Safety Stars Camp Counselor position is open to all qualified applicants 16 years of age (as of June 1, 2025) and up.  Early childhood work experience or education is required.

Hours:
June 9 - August 1, 9:00am-2:00pm, Rick Drazner Park, MWF Schedule. No absences are granted for this 8 week program.  Preschool Day Camp training is mandatory and will begin June 2, 2025 and run through June 6, 2025.

Salary
$15 - $18, depending on experience
