Job Description - Canvasser

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door Knockers/Canvassers. This role involves engaging with residents or businesses in a designated area to introduce our services, gather leads, and generate interest. Door Knockers/Canvassers play a critical role in building brand awareness and creating opportunities for the sales team. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door with the goal of presenting home improvement services (painting) such as interior and exterior painting.

Setting up and scheduling appointments for company project consultants (sales and estimate specialists) with home owners who expressed interest.

Develop a prospect / lead list and maintain it in the CRM system.

Work an assigned territory, often up to 200 houses per neighborhood per day.

Hand out marketing collateral.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of the company’s services (training provided).
