Target Job Profiles: Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results Problem solver, likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality Objectives: • Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads to drive consistent sales performance • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by managing the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery • Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate inventory, pricing, and solutions • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals • Maintain strong product, inventory, and promotion knowledge to support confident and effective selling Success Criteria: • Consistent sales activity and conversion of leads into completed vehicle sales • CSI scores • Accuracy and completeness of deal documentation and required paperwork • Regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers • Prioritization of sales activities
