📣 We’re Hiring:

Certified Executive Coaches (Contract-Based Opportunity – Fort Belvoir, VA)

Support a Federal Leadership Training Program | Short-Term Engagement | Competitive Pay

Augustine Angels is seeking experienced and Certified Executive Coaches to deliver a high-impact leadership development workshop for a federal client at Fort Belvoir, VA. This opportunity is part of a government contract focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness through a structured team-based coaching model.

🔹 Key Details:

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (on-site)

Target Audience: 20-member leadership team within a federal agency

Workshop Model: Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (certification required)

Engagement: Short-term contract with potential for future engagements

Start Date: August 2025

🔹 Responsibilities:

Facilitate a dynamic, interactive leadership development workshop aligned with the Five Behaviors model

Provide group coaching and support throughout the session

Prepare and deliver all training materials and exercises

Align coaching delivery with the agency’s leadership goals and team development needs

🔹 Qualifications:

Certification in Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (REQUIRED)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coaching or leadership facilitation

Prior experience working with government, military, or high-level executive teams preferred

Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and group facilitation skills

🔹 Benefits:
