Job Description - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Employer: Augustine Angels, LLC
Location: Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center – Aurora, Colorado
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate 




About Us:
Augustine Angels, LLC is a women-owned small business providing medical and professional staffing to government agencies nationwide. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO.



Responsibilities:


  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and consultations.

  • Administer general and regional anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures.

  • Provide monitoring and post-anesthesia care.

  • Respond to urgent and emergent anesthesia needs.

  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with VA standards.




Qualifications:


  • Active and unrestricted CRNA license in Colorado.

  • Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent anesthesia experience (VA or hospital preferred).

  • Ability to pass VA credentialing and background clearance.
