Job Description - Channel Sales


Channel Sales - Lead Management position. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) focuses on generating and qualifying sales leads through inbound/outbound campaigns and nurturing prospects until they’re ready for the sales team. The candidate must be onsite every Tuesday.
Role Overview:

This is a hybrid sales support role where the person works both onsite and remotely (must be onsite every Tuesday). The main job is to find and qualify potential customers (leads) through calls and campaigns, and then pass these leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reach out to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads.

· Evaluate these leads carefully to decide which ones are ready to be handed over to the sales account managers.

· Build relationships with prospects by following up and nurturing them until they’re ready to buy.

· Make sure every lead gets contacted quickly (within 48 hours), and if they don’t respond, follow up at least 3 times before closing the lead.

· Use Salesforce (a CRM tool) to track all leads with complete accuracy and help the sales team by sharing best practices.

· Follow company processes closely to make sure everything is done properly and efficiently.

· Analyze information and data to identify patterns or issues and come up with thoughtful solutions.

· This role usually involves short to medium-term projects lasting a few months.

Candidate Requirements:

· University degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or a related area.

· Comfortable with phone outreach and managing relationships.

· Skilled at using Salesforce and maintaining accurate records.

· Able to analyze data, solve problems creatively, and follow structured processes.
