Job Description - Client Support Representative

Emergent Method is seeking candidates to support an immediate client project need. This is a short-term, in-office assignment focused on data entry and quality control. This temporary position is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with an estimated end date of March 13, 2026.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. This position requires candidates to work fully on-site for the duration of the assignment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated systems
Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Follow established processes and procedures

Minimum qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site for the full two-week assignment
