We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Drywall Finishing Contractors to join our network of subcontractors for upcoming commercial and multifamily projects.

Requirements

Scope of Work

As a subcontracted Drywall Finishing Contractor, you will be responsible for:

• Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall installations.
  

• Performing level 4 and level 5 finishes, as required by project specs.
  

• Ensuring all work meets Jack Laurie Group's quality and safety standards.
  

• Coordinating with project managers and other trades on-site.
  

• Delivering work within set deadlines and budgets.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in drywall finishing on commercial or large-scale residential projects.
  

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  

• Must have own crew, tools, transportation, and liability insurance.
  

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
  

• Must comply with all safety regulations and site requirements.
