We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and equipment repair. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, perform maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and component functions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies while performing work duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various types of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus; ability to plumb or boil may be beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
