Moss is seeking a polished, PR-trained Communications, Events & Community Associate to join our small but does-it-all Creative and Member Experience team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in public relations and a genuine interest in hospitality, events, copywriting, and marketing — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, detail-driven work.
The Communications, Events & Community Associate will play a key role in supporting the Head of Brand Strategy & Partnerships and the Head of Editorial & Member Communications, helping to deliver best-in-class storytelling, experiences, and communications across the Moss brand. This position is perfect for a proactive, service-minded professional who brings both creativity and organization to everything they do, and who is excited to help shape how our members experience Moss.
The salary wage for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is an exempt, salaried position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are not eligible for overtime pay. Your compensation is intended to cover all hours required to fulfill the responsibilities of your role.
