Consultant, Compensation & Benefits Operations Specialist, Pharmaceuticals


Summary
Our growing, mid-sized pharmaceutical client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide an Operations Specialist to support the client’s internal program regarding compensation and benefits. This role supports the day-to-day administration of the comp and benefits programs, including compensation benchmarking and offers, benefits administration, etc.

Description
Provide support for the client's integration and entity program:
  • Be the point of contact for benefits and compensation escalations, including previous provider research and transition inquiries, compensation inquiries, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for open enrollment and other benefit-related tasks
  • Review and resolve benefit errors and discrepancies
  • Complete compensation benchmarking for current and new positions to align with the career framework and pay structure
  • Support annual rewards planning cycle, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentives
    Provide compensation recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, and job changes
  • Guide recognition programs, promotion processes, tuition reimbursement, and other Total Rewards-related programs
  • Ensure Total Rewards documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with the client’s policies and processes
  • Provide Total Rewards support for the client to include the tasks listed above to be performed across the broader organization, as well as:
    • Wellbeing project planning & execution
    • Mobility & immigration support, as needed

Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.

Term & Start
  • 12-month contract, open to 12+ month extension
  • 2 Video Interviews - Panel - Start 2 weeks from an offer
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Benefits included (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
  • Hybrid – onsite 2 days/week in Princeton, NJ
