Concessions (Snack Bar) Manager
 The Concessions (Snack Bar) Manager at the aquatic center is a seasonal position responsible for the day-to-day management of snack bar operations, including personnel, equipment, inventory management and financial reporting. Example of Duties

• Works with managers and Township to develop a menu and pricing.


• Coordinates with managers to identify equipment needs and inventory needs.


• Assists in hiring, training and scheduling snack bar staff.


• Responsible for the operation of the snack bar consistent with Board of Health standards


• Oversees snack bar staff in the areas of; preparation and handling, personal hygiene and uniform requirement, cleaning and sanitation procedures, order processing, sales transactions, opening and closing procedures and customer service.


• Ensures high standards are maintained


• Provides regular training to staff as needed.


• Performs regular safety inspections of equipment to reduce hazards and to provide maximum safety.


• Responsible for proper cleaning of all food service equipment and work areas inside the snack bar according to Board of Health standards


• Works with Facilities Manager to jointly maintain the outdoor snack bar area including trash pick-up/removal and hosing down tables, chairs and deck.


• Surveys patrons and evaluates menu to determine public needs and how to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


• Receives patron complaints and suggestions and responds appropriately.


• Performs related duties as required.


• Consistently collaborate with other supervisory staff to resolve issues which may arise during a given shift and to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the HAC.
