Construction Project Manager
Join Millennium Print Group as a Construction Project Manager!
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to support capital construction and infrastructure projects within our manufacturing operations in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction initiatives that support operational growth, facility improvements, and equipment installations.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You'll Do
Lead construction and capital improvement projects to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
Partner with engineering teams to coordinate project execution from design handoff through construction and commissioning
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and effective project execution
Develop and implement contractor safety management practices across construction activities
Develop project budgets, schedules, and detailed work plans using project management best practices
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Coordinate with operations leadership to plan construction activities that may impact plant operations
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project alignment and transparency
Maintain project documentation including progress reports, schedules, and post-project evaluations
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction or industrial capital projects
OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred
Experience managing construction within manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments
Experience coordinating projects from engineering design through construction, commissioning, and operational handoff
Strong knowledge of contractor management and construction safety practices
Experience with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigations
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project performance metrics
Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
