Consultant - Country Manager - Ontario

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our Ontario market initiatives. The role is responsible for driving customer engagement, building brand awareness, and delivering acquisition and retention strategies that align with both regulatory requirements and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with central teams in Malta and local stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities are effective, scalable and tailored to the Ontario market.

  Drive customer engagement through a multi-channel strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing while also leveraging traditional offline channels to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

  Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring the brand proposition resonates with the Ontario market and meets regulatory and commercial objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with central teams in Malta - including CRM, VIP, Game Operations, and Creative - to ensure all marketing activities are scalable, fully optimized, and localized for Ontario.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business and with external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of all market initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Own the Marketing budget for the Ontario market

  
  

What we are looking for

• 
  

  5–10 years of experience in iGaming or in senior marketing roles within Ontario’s regulated market.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven expertise in strategic marketing, covering both digital and offline channels.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, especially when working with distributed or central teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commercial acumen and experience owning budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs.

  
  


• 
  

  Location: Ontario, Canada (must be familiar with the local regulatory and competitive landscape).
