• Manage container inventory and perform reconciliation between physical and system records
• Execute daily yard planning, container entry and exit processing, and general yard maintenance tasks
• Work directly with truckers and engage actively in yard and gate operations
• Complete and organize documentation, filing paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure container security and gate procedures are followed in compliance with company safety policies
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve operational discrepancies
• Support outbound operations with process improvements and ad hoc innovation initiatives
• Communicate proactively with carriers to resolve operational delays or service issues
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Carrier Management, Transportation, and Settlement to meet operational targets
• Conduct preliminary theft reporting and provide follow-up support as needed
• Perform facility compliance checks aligned with internal safety and regulatory standards
• Submit accurate data for use in reporting, KPIs, and management dashboards

Pay: $20 - $22/hr. 

• High school diploma required or higher degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, yard management, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, crouching, and walking up to 2 miles daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in the yard and climbing on and off trailers
• Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work fully on site
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
