The Aspenwood Company has an opportunity for Contract Hair Salon Operator/Manager at our Village at the Triangle location, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented, service-driven Contract Hair Salon Operator/Manager to lead and operate a high-end salon within our luxury senior living community. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering exceptional salon services in an elegant, hospitality-focused environment.

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness


• Provide a full range of hair services (cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, manicures, pedicures) tailored to residents’ needs


• Deliver personalized, concierge-level customer service


• Build strong relationships with residents and community team members


• Maintain a luxurious and relaxing salon environment


• Manage product ordering, retail displays, and service pricing


• Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations


• Recruit, train, and supervise additional stylists (if needed)

• Active Texas Cosmetology License (required)


• 3+ years of experience as a stylist; prior management or salon ownership experience preferred


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate, customer centered service


• Professional appearance and commitment to high-end service standards
