Role Overview

Woliba is seeking licensed Contract Massage Therapists to support our expanding on-site services for corporate clients throughout the Atlanta metro area. This role includes providing chair massages and table massages (45, 60, or 90-minute sessions) at wellness events, employee appreciation days, and scheduled wellness activations.

This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity for therapists who are passionate about wellness, professional in client-facing settings, and interested in delivering restorative care in workplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site chair massages and/or table massages (based on event needs) to employees at corporate locations.
   
• Arrive on time and fully prepared with all necessary equipment (massage chair or table, linens, oils, sanitization supplies).
   
• Create a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for all participants.
   
• Collaborate with Woliba's onsite team and client representatives to ensure a smooth event flow.
   
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
   
• Adapt massage techniques based on participant needs, event context, and timeframes.
   
• Support larger wellness activations, such as wellness fairs, as needed.
   

Requirements

• Current Massage Therapy License in the State of Georgia.
   
• Proof of Liability Insurance (required).
   
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in massage therapy, ideally including event or corporate settings.
   
• Ability to provide both chair massage and table massage (with your own portable equipment).
   
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
   
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to a range of metro Atlanta corporate sites.
   

Nice to Have

• Certification or experience in stretching techniques (e.g., assisted stretching, mobility work).
   
• Previous experience supporting health fairs, onsite wellness events, or sports recovery activations.
   
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-volume event settings.
   
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Compensation

• Paid per event or hourly, based on the scope of services and client requirements.
   
• Massage session lengths may vary: 15-minute chair massage to 90-minute table sessions, depending on the event.
   
• Rates are competitive and based on experience, service type, and event duration.
