Contract Proposal Manager, Gifting

Summary

Are you experienced in the corporate gifting industry and passionate about finding the perfect gift for every occasion? If so, we'd love to talk with you! The Augeo Gifting team serves over 100 brands, specializing in a diverse array of in-person and virtual gifting suites, luxury goods, and promotional products. We are seeking a strong partnership with a contract professional to collaborate with us on a project-by-project basis. As a valued partner, you will work alongside our team throughout the proposal and sales phases of the gifting lifecycle. Your role will involve understanding the client's gifting goals, sourcing suitable products, and presenting the perfect gifting solutions through detailed proposals. 

What you will spend your time on:

• Lead discovery and brainstorming sessions with the client to determine overall goals.
• Develop and deliver creative and strategic sales presentations to clients.
• Provide recommendations and gifts industry expertise to clients that aligns with their budget and goals.
• Serve as the client point of contact for questions related to gifts, including availability, pricing and customization.
• Source and manage vendors as needed, including negotiations, quality, on-time delivery and brand compliance.
• Oversee product fulfillment for quality and accuracy.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years experience in client-facing role. 1+ years experience in promotional products industry.
• Able to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at once
• Committed to delivering excellent client service
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt Augeo’s processes and technology tools.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook proficiency required)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Inherently positive and approachable
• Resourceful and collaborative
