Location: Fort Collins & Greeley, CO (In-person | Flexible schedule)

We are currently seeking a Contract Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy to individuals and families in a flexible, self-directed role. This is a great opportunity for professionals who thrive on building strong therapeutic relationships and want the freedom to create their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals aged 10+
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal staff and external partners (DHS, DYS, schools, families)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Current Colorado license or provisional license
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience working with individuals
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear, collaborative communication
• Flexibility to work some evening or weekend hours, based on client need
