Contract to Hire Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a high-volume, full-cycle recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced, transactional role requiring strong organization and responsiveness. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (training provided). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~280 openings
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the HRIS system
• Ensure timely onboarding and contract completion
• Maintain frequent communication with hiring managers
• Collaborate with a small TA team 

Requirements

• High-volume recruiting experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred (not required)
