Contractor: In-App Content and Go Live Support (NewForm)

NewForm is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused contractor to support our day-to-day community programming and in-app content. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, creates clearly, and can keep a simple, reliable content cadence running without a lot of overhead.

What You’ll Do

1) In-App Content Creation (Primary)

You’ll create and publish content that keeps NewForm feeling active and worth opening—especially in the Homefeed.

• Write and schedule Homefeed posts that encourage participation and next-step actions


• Create lightweight posts for Spaces as needed (prompts, questions, themes)


• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm to prevent “empty room” dynamics


• Iterate quickly based on what people respond to (comments, engagement, tone)

2) Go Live Programming Support

You’ll help get our Go Live program running consistently, including identifying potential ambassadors, basic scheduling, coordination, and setup.

• Support a steady Go Live cadence week to week


• Coordinate Go Live hosts (partners, ambassadors, community voices, internal guests)


• Create simple session formats and “repeatable recipes” so sessions feel purposeful


• Help with logistics: titles, descriptions, reminders, run-of-show notes


• Flag quality or brand risk issues early so we can course-correct quickly

3) Light web content support

If bandwidth allows, you may also support short-form content for newform.org, including landing pages and blog writing.

• Draft occasional blog posts based on in-app themes and community needs


• Turn existing ideas into clean, readable posts (minimal research required)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong, confident content creator (warm, human, not corporate)


• Comfortable developing daily community-facing content


• Organized and reliable with scheduling + follow-through


• Able to coordinate across stakeholders without overcomplicating things


• Good judgment (knows what’s “on brand,” what’s risky, what’s weird)


• Familiarity with community-driven products is a plus (apps, platforms, creator communities)

Contract Terms

• Number of hours: up to 15-20 hours per week


• Location: Remote


• Length: 3 months with possibility of extension
