Job Description - Contracts Manager (Temporary Position)

We are seeking a Temporary Contracts Manager to support the Legal Department during an interim period. This role works closely with the General Counsel and executive leadership, providing contract lifecycle management and broad legal and compliance support.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage intake, routing for review, signature gathering, filing, and tracking of contracts and other organization documents.

  • Draft initial versions of contracts using approved forms.

  • Assist with provider documents (offer letters, contracts, recruiting agreements).

  • Support visa application processes, litigation matters, regulatory submissions, and general legal projects.

  • Maintain the policy management database and produce required reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and administrative tasks for the Legal Department.

  • Track expenses and assist with credit card reconciliation.

  • Assist with documents for Board meetings.


 


Ideal Candidate



  • Experience with contract administration or legal department operations.

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Professional communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys and departments in a fast-paced environment.


 


Required Experience, Education, and License:


The Contracts Manager shall have sufficient professional experience managing contracts and performing the other essential functions of the role. 


 


Preferred Experience, Education, and License: 



  • Active notary public commission
